🍍INTRODUCING TEPACHE SUNRISE 🍍

Get your pineapple floaties out for this one. If you don’t own a pool, you better find someone who does. The perfect companion for those poolside, beachside, hot summer days. Brewed in CT, but inspired by the tepache-filled streets of Mexico City. Don’t know what tepache is? It’s okay, we’ll tell you. It’s a fermented pineapple drink created form the rind and core of the pineapple. It’s delicious and it’s the inspiration behind this beer. So, if you’re asking yourself, wow, that can has a lot of pineapples on it. How much pineapple is in this beer? The answer would be a lot. A lot of pineapples. Barrels of pineapples, actually— 🍍🕺

Overachieving Underachievers of the world unite! Like all good Dirtbags, we always get a little nervous when we hand in the test. We get even more nervous when the results come back. We scored a 95 on the @craftbeerbrew list of ipas. That’s puts Teenage Dirtbag in the top percentile of the best ipas in god damn country. Are we excited? Did we cry a little? Yep, we sure did. Feeling both grateful and shook 🤯

We made a music video on a Saturday morning with a lot of hope and very little talent. But we had fun & that’s what counts, right? We couldn’t afford the licensing fee for Teenage Dirtbag, so we used another song that we hope won’t also get us in trouble 👀

All this effort and embarrassment to say that Teenage Dirtbag batch #3 has officially hit shelves! It’s also at every Costco in CT! Heck yeah, we love you all ❤️

Thank you for buying Teenage Dirtbag. For real. We’ve had accounts who’ve continued to buy our beer through two presidential campaigns, upc fiascos, a pandemic, closing our brick and mortar, and Harry Styles winning the grammy for album of the year over Beyoncé. But one thing we’ve never experienced? Having to navigate around not having enough beer for vendors. We never saw this coming. For the first first batch, we sold out after two days at the distributor level. We actually had to say no to a lot of people, which was a strange and uncomfy feeling haha. But, over the next two weeks, we got you.

Batch 2 went into cans last week. Despite doubling the batch size, Costco bought every last drop. 238 cases. Starting today, you can find Teenage Dirtbag at any Costco in CT. Pretty cool.

Batch 3 is already in motion and triple the size of batch 1. It goes public the week of March 6th. To be totally clear, we’ve never brewed these large of batches back to back of any beer. It’s astounding and also a little terrifying. So, all of this is to say thank you for buying our beer and we can’t wait to see what more we can do. Cheers 🍻
